MDG operations at the present time will mainly be involved in investment in hospitality and related business. Offer Real Estate Developers and/or Investors Target hotel sites in key Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India and related industries. The company is seeking entry into India’s Real Estate and Infrastructure Sectors as well.
MDG will have some ownership in US Based Country Hearth Master License for India , with a head office in Delhi to be operated by Canadian cum Indian Hotel management. This Licence requires one Hotel to be operational in India for the license to be effective. The company plans to grow the Hotel franchise to over 10 Hotels in 3 to 5 years in India. The Canadian Hotel management group operates out of Toronto composed of the following individuals: Timothy Whitehead, an internationally known Hotel and Hospitality Consultant; Peter Murphy, the Canadian Master Licence Owner of Country Hearth Canada; Arun Malhotra, a Chartered Accountant with experience in the Hotel and Hospitality sector; and Harpal Dhaliwal, an Entrepreneur cum Educator with experience in Hotel and Hospitality Training operations.
